9.0Loved the location. The silence of the place even though it is in the centre of an active area. The proximity to the sites and a wine window.
− The kettle tripping the electricity. So we reverted to the gas kettle. No problem. Basics in the kitchen like a cloth to wipe a table or counter were .missing. perhaps a salt and pepper grinder would help.
Centrally located spacious apartment
9.0We did not stay in the Santa Croce apt as the air con had broken down but we ended up being given a different apt centrally located in a good area. On the first floor, it was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen area with everything you needed, sitting area and two large televisions! We didn’t need any of it to be honest as we were out all the time!
− It was so noisy everywhere apart from the bedroom at the rear.

Outstanding location with lots of privacy and quiet in a busy area.

− Cleaners were still there on arrival, delayed entering property for 30 minutes past check in time. After a long flight, this was a little frustrating. No way to leave luggage before and after stay. With all the late check ins and early check outs these days, ease of luggage storage is becoming a priority.
