− Ik had een parkeerplaats in de garage gevraagd en betaald wat ik ook gekregen heb maar bij aankomst moest ik mij eerst aanmelden bij de receptie zodat ik ongeveer 15 min geparkeerd stond waar dit niet was toegelaten.

− Pues que pedimos un cambio de sábanas en recepción y no pudo aceptarlas, estábamos dispuestos a pagar. Me dijo que tenía que escribir un email, cosa que hice. Pero claro, de vacaciones no estoy pendiente, y en vez de solucionármelo me mandaron un link de pago que no vi. Llegué por la noche y las sábanas sin cambiar. Un desastre porque lo podíamos haber solucionado en la recepción.
