10.0A quiet and cozy home, a generous Nespresso machine, gifts of wine and beer, and above all, a kind, gentle host who meticulously checks bus routes, along with her dog Foxy, and parking available right in front of the house.

Unacceptable Conditions and Privacy Violations
3.0− The property failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and safety: Deceptive Listing: The unit was located in an abysmal basement that was not disclosed in the listing. Privacy Violation: I discovered an unauthorized security camera inside the living space—a flagrant breach of privacy. Inhabitable Conditions: The unit was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep, while constant construction noise lasted from early morning until late at night. Inadequate Facilities: The parking provided is dangerously cramped, creating a high risk of vehicle damage.

9.0Very friendly host. Many suggestions and map of things to do in Florence. Very good value, kichen very well equipped, comfortable. Very secure.
Great ground floor spacious apartment- perfect for our group especially as one of us had mobility issues.
10.0Cristina was an amazing host. She went above expectations to meet us and explain everything. Complimentary wine, stocks of croissants and spreads was a bonus. The place was in a very handy location and lots of space. A nice sunny courtyard was a bonus.
