Disappointing - spacious apartment in great location but completely overshadowed by the water ingress issue.
5.0Great location. Accommodation was spacious and well laid out.
− Water leaking / pouring through the bedroom ceiling which only seemed to occur intermittently at night. Seemed to be a plumbing / air conditioning issue as not raining outside. Ceiling badly stained and clearly an issue which has been ongoing for sometime but not highlighted in any of the reviews.
Great location and spacious apartment however it’s a bit tired and could do with a spruce up in places.
7.0The location and the view from the balcony. Also the fact that it had one bathroom and two shower rooms, so 3 toilets in all. It did feel spacious and the apartment was split level with the bedrooms down a spiral staircase.
− No coffee pods for the coffee machine however I did bring my own, and no dishwasher tablets either. Unfortunately their aircon unit had a leek so the ceiling in the main bedroom was very badly stained. (They mentioned the leak to us but only after we had paid full price) the flat is a bit tired to be honest and could have been cleaned better. The bathrooms are in need of a refurb, so I definitely wouldn’t call it Luxury, however it was ok. Also the host didn’t used fitted sheets just flat sheets on the beds that were a bit on the small side so when you moved, they kept coming away from the mattress. A bin in the en-suite bathroom also is needed.
