Welcoming hosts in the heart of Florence
9.0Excellent customer service, the host met us at the apartment even though we arrived early. All our questions were answered quickly and clearly. The apartment is right in the center of town, an easy walk to all sights you might want to see. Many beds made it a great choice for our group of five friends.
− The apartment itself is a bit tired and could use a deep clean (particularly the living room sofa). Unfortunately there was some loud construction near the property during our stay.
