8.0Posizione,ampiezza dell'appartamento e complessivamente confort arredi, disponibilità di lavatrice cucina ben attrezzata. Appartamento ampio, dinamico nel contesto di palazzetto d'epoca ristrutturato
− Veniva descritto un doppio bagno. In realtà vi era un bagno, ed una toilette molto piccola con water lavandino e doccia non separata dai servizi, non particolarmente confortevole. Suggerirei di rivedere descrizione servizi.

10.0Très bel et agréable appartement dans immeuble ancien, bien situé près du Ponte Vecchio et avec vue sur le Palais Pitti. Grandes chambres et bonne literie. Très bonne communication avec Carolina, qui est très réactive.
− Appartement parfait mais la place Pitti est un peu bruyante par ces belles soirées d’été

9.0Toplocatie! Je loopt zo de Ponte Vecchio over en de bruisende wijk Santo Spirito in. Het appartement is ruim, rustig en alles is aanwezig. De wasmachine vonden we ook handig. De communicatie met Carolina was geweldig, ze was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk en gaf ons goede tips.
− De badkamer is wat gedateerd. Verder is de wifi wat wisselend en niet overal in het appartement goed te ontvangen.
