Honestly, nothing. It was just close to the city centre

− To begin, the room is super super tiny, barely fits suitcases on the floor. The idea of a suspended bed is ok but not practical at all, the side tables are just old wood boxes. The worst thing for me is that I could not lock the door from inside of the room. So if the cleaning people want to come in or someone has the same, from a past day, and it’s the same password, they can just come in to the room. The bathroom also had no key to lock. So I have to trust that all the passwords in the facility are different and that nobody is coming into my room in the morning to clean. The shower is very small as well, the door around the shower is plastic, very annoying to close so water will not go anywhere. Also I was woken up by people moving things in the room next door.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione super centrale, letteralmente si vedeva la Cupola del Brunelleschi semplicemente uscendo dal portone.

− In generale ho gradito tutto, forse l’unica cosa che potrei lamentare erano i gruppi di persone che facevano baccano, ma dalla camera si sentivano pochissimo.

Great location close to every thing you want to do.

− Communication was poor. No information s3nt day before. People forget once booked they need more help understand about property day before arriving. No code to doors or rooms Communication. Communication should be with WhatsApp. All overseas person arriving in Italy do not have network connection.

Excelente ubicacion, habitacion muy limpia, cama muy confortable. Se agradece los kit de aseo (cepillos de dientes, crema dental, maquinas de afeitar). Ademas, despues de hacer el check out puedes dejar tus maletas al lado de la misma puerta y regresar por ellas cuando vayas a partir a tu siguiente destino por que no se pierde nada y hay camaras de seguridad. La comunicacion (via whatsapp) con los encargados muy rapida y son super amables.

− Se escucha un poco de ruido en la noche por que esta cerca a algunos restaurantes y/o bares pero estas tan cansado de recorrer la ciudad que de cualquier manera te duermes. Para acceder al ascensor tienes que subir escaleras (15 escalones).

The location was excellent 👌 The room had everything we needed (except a fridge, but this wasn't included in the room we selected). The communication with Stay and Fun via WhatsApp was good and the WebApp with entry codes was easy to use and excellent step by step visual details to enter building and find room.

− Very noisy at night with the square, Irish bar and restaurants below. We had an issue with the shower which leaked and I showed photos, we got extra towels the next day to soak up the water each time we used the shower. Unfortunately, I missed a message for daily towel changes - I thought this would have been automatically checked. I was made to feel the leak was first they'd heard of it, but there was clear evidence the shower had leaked through to bedroom before.
