Not up to standard, even at the price.
3.0The location, in amongst locals, was exactly what I was after when booking.
− Unfortunately, there was a definite language barrier, even though when booking I checked, and it was confirmed, that English was spoken there. There were many examples of a lack of 'usable' facilities in the apartment. - The most surprising, and disappointing example is that there was only one towel provided, even though the booking was for two people. This was pointed out, yet nothing was done to rectify the situation. - There was a kettle, as advertised, but no cups/mugs etc. to drink from. This was pointed out, and eventually 2 cups were provided, even though the worker actually had to go and buy them. - The television had a patch down the centre of the screen, covering about a fifth of it, that made viewing an issue. - There was only a partial / broken screen on the shower so water spread into the bathroom while showering. This meant using toilet paper to mop it up, and the supply of this was limited. - It was advertised as having slippers provided, however, they weren't. This wasn't a personal concern, but something others may like to be aware of. - Although not advertised, I had thought that having a kitchenette would have meant there would have been utensils etc. to enable basic cooking. This wasn't the case, as there weren't even knives, and no pots, just a basin. - The final point to mention here is that, on leaving, I felt pressured into providing a 'high' Google review for the accommodation on the spot ... with the hostess actually taking my phone from me and getting it to the place where the rating could be left, and me being told that the rating should be high.

Lift not working. Luggage to 4th floor on your own

− Lift wasn't working as we had luggage for 2 people and they gave us a room on the 3rd 4th floor with no help. We ladies took our heavy full luggage to the 4th floor on our own while checking in and checking out. Which isn't easy. No one at the reception after 8 pm. I have to ask for an electric stove. No spoon no cups glasses. It was terrible to take heavy luggage without a lift. It was a nightmare. The shower wasn't working efficiently and the washroom was too conjusted with low water level. No tissues provided
