We were disappointed in the host not responding to us. They seemed very friendly at the beginning.

− We addressed a few items with the owner but they did not respond. The beds were comfortable. The location was pretty good. We found the cost to be high. We were in europe for 3 weeks so compared to that, this unit was not cleaned properly and the price was the highest we paid. The inside of the fridge was dirty. The kitchen was not cleaned. The appliances needed to be wiped clean. The "dripping" problem in the main shower was brought to our attention however, it should be fixed as it drips cold water on you while you shower and you can't move anywhere else in the small shower. The other bathroom was not an alternative as it smelled like urine when the water hit the tub and curtain and the spray was erratic. It was nasty. In the livingroom, something had spilled down the side of the table but it had not been cleaned up. Also the deadbolt lock did not work.

Home feeling, good location, good host, showers needs improvement, tight garage.

It is very roomy, perfect for a family or pair. Very well cleaned. Beds are comfortable, clean. It seems like it used to be a family living there. It is like home.

− Just like home, there are some improvements needed. Especially in showers. The shower curtain smells moisture as all textile shower curtains do in the main bathroom. Needs to be replaced with a better shower solution rather than curtain. The second shower leaks cold water from the upper side on you while showering. Needs repairs or replacement with a more modern one. Garage is designed for normal cars of 1990 so if you are arriving with a large car, be cautious while going down.

Apartamento grande y cerca del centro

El alojamiento está cerca de la Avenida Liberdade, hay transporte cerca que te lleva a otros barrios y a muchos otros lugares se puede ir caminando. Además usar Bolt en esta ciudad es muy barato. Hay un supermercado prácticamente en la puerta. El apartamento es bastante grande, con 2 habitaciones, una de cama grande y otra de 2 camas, 2 baños, cocina y salón.

− El precio es bastante caro para lo que ofrecen. 200€ la noche, y en la cocina, habiendo cafetera, no te dejan ni unas cápsulas de café de cortesía. Además tienen una tarifa super cara para custodiar el equipaje de 40€ antes de entrar y otros 40 si lo dejas después del check out. Precisamente decidimos viajar con mochila para evitar este cargo excesivo, y al llegar el check in marcaba a las 14:00, pero eran las 13:15 y les mandamos un wassap. Como no contestaron, seguimos las instrucciones llamando al timbre y nos abrieron. El apartamento ya estaba listo. Hicimos el check in, nos dieron las llaves del apartamento y nos fuimos. Por la noche me mandaron un wassap diciendo que la tarifa por dejar el equipaje eran 40€ pero por ser yo, me lo dejaba en 30, que dejara el dinero encima de la mesa en efectivo el último día al irnos. Por supuesto le dije que no lo entendía porque habían sido 45 minutos y el apartamento ya estaba listo. Ellos no guardaron nada, nos fuimos del alojamiento y las mochilas se quedaron ahí. Y evidentemente, si me iba a cobrar, me lo tendría que haber dicho antes de darme las llaves, porque si era así, nos bajábamos a la calle a esperar esos 45 minutos tomando una cerveza, no por wassap a las 23 de la noche. Nos dijo que no pagáramos en ese caso si no queríamos, y por supuesto, no lo hicimos. Pero no paraba de insistir en que le pusiéramos un 10 de puntuación, que era muy importante. Cosa que no voy a hacer porque no me parece que el apartamento ni el precio ni el servicio hayan sido de 10. Dicho esto, por otro lado, el alojamiento no estaba muy limpio, había manchas y chorretones por todos lados, incluida nevera y duchas.
