10.0So clean and comfortable felt like home. The bedding and towels were very nice. Slippers were provided. Washer dryer and fill kitchen were a great bonus. I would come back and stay here with my family whenever I return to Florence and I would highly recommend to family and friends. Great location and beautiful apartment.
