4.0In principiu cazarea a fost OK, si partial a decurs conform asteptarilor.
− Comunicarea dupa incheierea sejurului - s-a cerut o factura aferenta cazarii si Appartamento Alessia inca nu a furnizat documentul nici dupa 1 luna de la cazare.... Nici nu raspunde, desi am incercat de mai multe ori sa intram in contact prin platforma Booking si prin Whatsapp.

9.0Great location, 6 min from central station. We liked the apartment very much, spacious rooms, kitchen has everything you need. Clean. If you want to use sofa bad ask for bed linens before, extra costs 25 euro which is still ok. Gregorio is very responsive and can give you good recommendations for Florence.
− Very thin walls, you will wake up with neighbors upstairs. Personally I didnt mind.

9.0Location is great being not in the center, but accessible with a few mins walk. Many bars, cafes, shops, trattoria, osteria, ristorante with affordable prices in nearby. Parking facilities (guarded garage) 100-200m walking distance. Chiesa and Monasterio di Ognisanti, Santa Maria Novella are the closest to start to explore the beauty of Firenze.
