8.0Prijemne ubytovanie, kazda izba mala samostatnú klimatizáciu. Nepotrebovali sme kluce, vsetko bolo na kod. Príjemná terasa, ubytovanie malo aj bohaté vybavenie.

4.0− Nonostante avessi chiesto con largo anticipo di poter effettuare il checkin in un orario diverso, non mi è stata data risposta. Una volta giunti a Firenze ho fatto presente che viaggiavo con mio fratello disabile e che avevamo urgente bisogno di usare un bagno comodo il prima possibile. Mi è statto risposto che avrei dovuto attendere il messaggio di quanto l'appartamento sarebbe stato pronto. Capisco tutto, ma non sono stati in grado di venire incontro alla nostra situazione in nessun modo. Per un'ora di attesa invana abbiamo dovuto prenotare un altra sistemazione per venire incontro alle esigenze di mio fratello. In più mi è arrivato il messaggio di booking in cui si diceva che non avevo ancora pagato (non vero, ho la ricevuta del pagamento). Mai più.
