Very beautiful house and location. I just recommend asking about the AC first if it’s during the summer.

Very cool house and great location.

− We had some problems with AC and it was extremely hot so we couldn’t sleep in the master bedroom. They were responsive when we text about it but still couldn’t troubleshoot it. We paid a lot of money so that was unfortunate. The house is really nice though. Once I left I sent a message about my frustration with the AC and no response it made me feel like they didn’t care.

I loved my stay in this phenomenal house, and I will stay here again in the future.

Outstanding location, centrally located on a canal but in a quiet piazza. Close to restaurants, bars, grocery store, and just a few minutes walk to St Stae water taxi stop. Also has private docking for personal water taxis. Well-equipped with chef’s kitchen, washer/drier, coffee maker and water kettle, three full baths, two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Absolutely beautiful decor inside, with lots of space and rooms to relax.

− No real complaints. Might be nice to have a roll of paper towels handy upon arrival.

The location was excellent — slightly removed from the busiest areas yet perfectly positioned along a canal with convenient water taxi access and a private mooring. The home was elegant, featuring beautiful traditional Venetian furnishings, several balconies, and a well-equipped kitchen. It’s an ideal choice for families or groups traveling together.

− The beds were quite firm which made them uncomfortable, and the primary bathroom had low water pressure with no warm water from the faucet. Providing written instructions for appliances and general home use would be beneficial. The greeter from the management company was timely and friendly, but the check-in felt somewhat rushed. She forgot to collect our security deposit information during the initial meeting, later needing to contact us by phone and in person to obtain it, which was a bit inconvenient.

− L’appartamento necessita una “rinfrescata” per renderlo conforme alla presentazione fotografica. Biancheria da bagno molto scarsa e livello pulizie modesto.

Great break in Venice

Nice furniture and great location. House was spacious and interior was superb.

− Host arrived late was was double booked. No flexibility on check out for one hour later but for the rest it was great.

Location is far from center even building itself is nice.

− Service were terrible, literally after i pad money i can consider there was zero service. I was disappointed cause i asked to fix broken door and used to wait hours since they came and fixed it in one minute. I've been told it is possible to extend my stay which was refused last moment saying there will be ongoing even next day they confirmed there is no booking for guests. I was offered to buy excursion which was basically not excusion but trying to sell items from shop. Overall i'm surprised with such a bad service.
