9.0La amplitud del apartamento, su ubicación, que tuviera dos baños, salón y cocina espaciosos. Un lujo en pleno corazón de Londres.
− Qué no funcionara el lavavajillas y que la limpieza del apartamento no era buena.

7.0La signora Maria che gestisce l appartamento è stata eccezionale nell assistenza per un problema sull approvazione del late check in notturno che è stato erroneamente approvato .la struttura non effettua late check in quindi se avete il volo che arriva dopo le 20 non prenotate questo appartamento.
