The location was quiet and a short bus ride from the nearest tube station.

− Unfortunately there were bed bugs in all the rooms and myself and my young son were covered in bites. One of the bedrooms had no electric sockets working and got no reply at all when I messaged to inform them.

Nothing, absolutely appalling. If you care 1% about your health you will look somewhere else. Everything is either, dirty or broken. Not fit for human life at all.

Do Not Stay Here. There is absolutely nothing good to say about my experience with this property.

− It's shocking how many positive reviews there are for this property, considering the experience my family had. Would rate this property an absolute zero if I could. We could not get into the property when we arrived because the key code was never sent. The manager was difficult to get ahold of. And when he finally did answer, he told us the property had not been cleaned yet, despite us arriving at our previously agreed upon check-in time... Which was 22:30 at night. So, there is absolutely no excuse for the property not having been cleaned ahead of time. When the manager finally showed up with a woman he claimed was the "cleaner" and opened the place, the inside was absolutely atrocious. There were dirty dishes and food left out, there was somebody's food in the fridge, and there were even women's clothes left out in the living room as if someone were currently living there. Since we had our infant and toddler with us, we decided it would be unacceptable to stay here. The manager assured us that the apartment would be clean and ready by the next day and that he would give us a refund for the missed day, so we decided to give it one more chance. However, there was no communication by the next morning letting us know it was ready, and there was no response when we tried to reach out. So, we decided it would be wise to stay somewhere else, rather than waste our vacation time trudging back and forth across the city in the hopes that we would have a sanitary stay, let alone a "luxury" one. For the amount this property charges, basic communication is the bare minimum that we had expected. We would have had a better customer service and cleanliness experience if we had simply stayed at a cheap motel by the airport--And we wouldn't have had to drag our family all the way across the city late at night, for nothing. As a bonus, NP Luxury Stays doesn't seem to exist.

− Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain…

The property was modern, well-located, and overall comfortable. The space was nicely designed and had everything we needed for our stay.

− The main issue was cleanliness. Unfortunately, there were bedbugs in the beds, which made our stay uncomfortable. This was very disappointing considering the price we paid.
