Once in a lifetime trip to Florence.
10.0The location, rooms, washer and dryer. The elevator was enjoyable, so slow but quite entertaining. Better than walking the steps. Easy check in and check out.

10.0Great location for exploring Florence & close to lots of fabulous cafes, restaurants & bars. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable & had a lovely view of the Duomo. The apartment is on the top floor, totally fine if your fit & able to take the stairs, it’s no issue & there is a lift which is very slow but great for luggage or if stairs are difficult.
− There was a strong smell from the drains. Also when we were there it was cool at night & we only had light blankets on the bed. I requested more blankets but unfortunately never got them.

− 직원분을 처음 만나는 시간이 지켜지지 않은 점이 좀 아쉬웠으나 그 뒤로는 연락을 취하면 바로바로 답변이 와서 불편함이 없었다
