8.0Nice area and good apartment. Old but well maintained cozy apartment in ground floor.
− We have been asked to pay extra to extend the checkout by 30-45 minutes. Then I had to ask for the below points then they have checkout 30 mins extra. ”Check was at 16:00 instead of 15:00. Similar way check out was at 10 not 11. Inside apartment the rules sheet says checkout at 11.”
Good stay for couple days with close friends
7.0Location was relative close to city center (Alexander Platz). There was enough space for 5 adults to sleep comfortably.
− Dishwasher was broken. There was no dividers between kitchen and living room / bedroom, so everyone will wake up whenever first one wants some coffee.

− Es wäre schön noch einen zusätzlichen Spiegel im Schlafzimmer zu haben und ein Kehrfeger in der Küche:)

1.0Die Bettwäsche war frisch
− Küche Backofen das Rost war mit weißen Saum überzogen Spülmaschine war noch vom Vorgänger dreckiges Geschirr Bad Fenster wurde mit einen Winkel gesichert da es kaputt ist Gästezimmer vorsichtig öffnen, Tür fällt demnächst aus den Scharnier Wohnzimmer Ausziehcouch war extrem fusselig haarig, wer weiß wann da mal einer sauber gemacht hatte. Wohnzimmer Rollo defekt deswegen ist Rollo Dauer unten. In der Küche dreckiger Backofen und Herd mit leider dreckiges Kochset vorhanden. Wer sich traut kann damit auch kochen. Die Bilder stimmen nicht mehr überein.
