− No oven or microwave. When a kitchen/ kitchenette is advertised it usually has either an oven or microwave. It had neither . When I asked the host, re replied he had never used a microwave in his life and that maybe it was a ‘cultural thing’ …. I wonder had he ever used an oven?

9.0It is very spacious for large groups and great advantage for sightseeing by walk. Very close to most of the landmarks and bus stations are very accessible for to go Michelangelo Hill or SMN train station.
− I would like to warn groups with kids and/or senior adults. This place is on the 4th floor and it could be challenging for you to carry all luggages or bringing the stroller up and down everyday.

Spacious and comfortable stay only minutes from the sights of Florence.
10.0The location of Oltarno is fantastic as it isn't as busy as the city centre but is only a few minutes to the Arno river and therefore only a few minutes more to the city centre. Close to the Boboli gardens and close to bars, restaurants, markets and gelato. Lots of boutique shops and small ateliers. The apartment itself is cool and airy, quiet and very large. Beds were comfy and bathroom was good.
− Nothing really, possibly an explanation on which recycling bin was for what. A very easy fix.
