− Ho aspettato un'ora per effettuare il check-in, restando lì fuori sotto al sole. Non ho ricevuto indicazioni per un parcheggio. Mi sono dovuta adattare a quello che c'era.

6.0Ambienti comuni gradevoli e funzionali. Logisticamente ben posizionata per visitare il Chianti. Dimensione della stanza e bagno piccole ma funzionali.
− Mi dispiace lasciare una recensione nel complesso negativa, ma spero sia utile a migliorare il servizio. La camera presentava evidenti macchie di muffa. In particolare, all'interno della doccia, ed è un problema che merita attenzione perché, in un ambiente umido, può favorire la dispersione di spore nell'aria. Inoltre affacciava su una strada molto rumorosa non indicata nella descrizione, compromettendo il soggiorno. Nonostante i due numeri di cellulare a disposizione dei clienti, non abbiamo ricevuto risposta alle chiamate e ai messaggi su WhatsApp. Con maggiore attenzione a manutenzione e assistenza l’esperienza sarebbe stata migliore.
