Great marvelous stay, strongly recommend
9.0Very clean and tidy property. Maria was very helpful especially with the online check in. She was also very responsive when we needed help. The hotel café which has a marvellous location overlooking the Cathedral was a much appreciated plus especially that it offered reasonable food and beverage with 30% discount for hotel residents.
− Plumbing in the walk in shower needs to be more fluid

6.0− Non ho apprezzato che la colazione sia in piazza duomo , come la mancanza di un deposito bagagli in loco. Dal momento che erano servizi compresi nel prezzo me li sarei aspettati più fruibili e confortevoli al soggiorno.
Look for a better value elsewhere
4.0Couldn’t be more convenient to train station. Maria was very responsive and helpful; room well cleaned.
− Very misleading to call it a B&B when you must walk 15-20 minutes to breakfast, and breakfast has very limited menu. Over priced considering value. Online checkin process was difficult. Room very small and drab, Mattress was bowed and should be replaced; no chair to sit in. Very crowded section of Florence overflowing with tourists.

− We’ve booked the room for 3 adults for 2 nights. Third bed was supposed to be sofa bed but it was rather cot. Moreover, the metal frame on the third “bed” was sticking out and they couldn’t even provide additional mattress to make it more comfortable. On the second night additional thin mattress was provided making the second night more manageable.
