A very good new 4 star hotel with excellent customer service
9.0The Hoxton is a very good 4 star hotel. The Staff were excellent and facilities good. It is a new hotel in a gracious old building so everything is sparkling.
− We booked the top category of room but found out that it was on 2 levels with a spiral staircase. It was not suitable but the staff were very accommodating and changed our room.
A great location with a great vibe.
10.0We loved the location of the hotel. We were a little removed from the crowds and noise but still able to walk everywhere - 21,000 steps daily! Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant. We loved the wine bar and enjoyed before and after dinner drinks there.

10.0Everything was amazing! Room was comfortable. Design was great. Location a bit far from main sights but still so doable! Staff was friendly. FOOD WAS FANTASTIC! Will definitely stay again!
− The breakfast buffet didn’t seem worth the money but the service was still excellent. Wish there was more selection. That being said, the espresso bar was excellent for breakfast!
