Overall good, nice quiet location.

We liked the location, nice and quiet with lovely authentic bakeries, wine bars and restaurants near. Only a 30 min walk into the centre to visit attractions. We liked the size of the property, had all amenities, comfortable beds. Modern decor.

− We found the shower temp constantly went from hot to cold, no matter what time of day/ how we set the temp, and the apartment had a chill at night but the heating control was locked so we were bit cold. Also only two sofa seats despite 4 person apartment. The recycling instructions were not clear, which was stressful as told there would be a fine if we did not do it correctly. The bins were also very small. We also found no warning of the €40 or €70 late check in fee in the information before we booked which we would have appreciated, most apartments come with lock box etc nowadays so was not expecting it.

great location in a quiet area, but close to some more busy streets with shops and restaurants and also entry points to the city and water bus stops, the flat is fine, has everything you need, setting up a meeting to get the keys works great, you can get lots of information from the host service about good spots and the high tide and so on

− the shower with an innovative yet completely unnecessary function of temperature oscillation (for this price you really need to be able to take a comfotable shower, doesn't matter if it's an expensive touristic city or not) it was also a bit cold inside, but we've learned that heating is allowed only after 15th October due to local regulations so that's understandable, some more rugs for the colder days might help though

The ferry stop was close to the train station and to go down to Rialto about 20 min ferry ride and to the beach Lido. 45 minutes just outside of the busy. Love the outdoor patio of the property. Liked the online check-in that gave directions to the apartment and what time to meet the host. We were running late and they updated the time for us.

− The AC did not work great. The apartment was really hot and felt muggy. The shower was really small and one of the bedrooms was small for two people.
