2.0− Only one and tiny bathroom for 5-6 people is awful! Also the towels were not renewed through the week and finally the alarm for smoke made that sound like no battery the whole day and night! Annoying for sleeping…

6.0− Wir kamen nicht rein, da die Türe von innen abgesperrt war. Bei Support angerufen, diese haben verneint. Wir haben darauf bestanden, dass jemand vorbeikommt um die Türe zu öffnen. Am Abend war sie dann offen. Sodass wir reinkamen.

− Unfortunately the nearest tube stop to the city was closed due to construction works so had to walk to next one, not a massive issue

2.0− So the air conditioning didn't work the remotes was broken the stairs are very loud so anyone going toilet during the night everon9is woken up when we asked for new towels non was given same with dish cloth for drying there wasn't any when we got there. Thefloors was filthy door didn't close fully there was gaps in it
