Pleasant and relaxing. Cramped at times. Slow elevators.
7.0Loved the pool and storages + dishwasher and laundry machine. Location was quiet.
− Size of bathroom + floor was soaked whenever showered. No replacement of toilet paper. Restaurant food was awful. Drinks were delicious but expensive.

− Total desorganização no controle da piscina. Qualquer um poderia acessar a area vindo da rua, usar as cadeiras e piscina sem qualquer incomodo. Deixando os hospedes sem lugar para sentar, deitar e usar a piscina. Existe uma pulseira de controle que de nada serve.

The Suite Santa Joana, the Mezzanine Suites, and all rooms located in the D block (including a Convent Suite unit and some City Studios, Locke Rooms and One Bedroom Open Plan Suites) require use of stairs to access.
Dog stays: 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory.
