For start I want to say that unfortunately I cannot put mark more than 10! 10 is not enough for that place! This place is amazing; if you come to Rome, you need to choose that appartment. Lets start from beggining. The owner Gabriele and Maria they are fantastic people, all our questions, suggestions were fixed very easy. Such people like Gabriele and Maria you will meet rarely! We stayed 4 nights and this is not enough, this was our home for 4 nights. Appartment has 3 aircon, 2 showers, all everything is in very good condition. The street is very calm, you can have rest! The design of the appartment is very unique! I will not tell all secrets in this appartment, but believe, you must choose this appartment and you will receive memorably stay in great city Rome!)

The apartment is very spacious, with fully stocked kitchen. Pictures accurately reflect the apartment, and it is even nicer in person. Coffee and toasts available which made for a nice first morning. The air conditioning worked the best of all the places we stayed in Italy. Plenty of room to hang and unpack folded clothes in both bedrooms. Plugs and lights near both beds, and extra converters available. Wifi was reliable and the location really can't be beat. It is just a block from the Spanish Steps, and very near Trevi Fountain, shopping and Borghese Gardens, yet the street it is on is very quiet with little foot traffic. The host also offered to arrange a car to pick us up; the driver was incredibly kind and would have been a far better experience than the car we ordered - which turned out to be a taxi that we waited far too long for. If you are arriving at FCO, definitely ask Gabriele to arrange a driver! Instructions to find the unit and the lock box were very clear; really appreciate the convenience of a lock box and not worrying about someone waiting for us when airport arrivals can be unpredictable. We loved the green exterior night light which helped us find the apartment each night :-) Previous reviews mention not being able to lock the door from the inside, which is misleading. The door handle is always locked from the outside, and there is an additional gate you can close and lock, preventing access to the door handle. It is true you can't ALSO lock the deadbolt in the main door, but it isn't needed as between the handle and the gate, it is very secure and we felt very safe. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend.

− This is a small thing - and mentioned by others - but the floors could use routine mopping. They were swept and not filthy but I'd say they were dusty such that if you walk barefoot or in socks, they will get dirty. It's not a big deal, but it feels incongruent since everything else about the unit is wonderful and spotless. There is a small leak in the ensuite bathroom that seems like it is more than just under the bidet. It wasn't a big deal, but a rag or mop to be able to clean it would be helpful :-)

Sorry didn’t try the breakfast the jam and bread doesn’t look fresh but the area is the best part.

− The bed and furniture is not comfy or relaxing at all. I’m sliding in one side of the bed it feels like an old mattress and the couch no cushions anymore so it hurts your butt and back.

Amazing stay in Rome

This apartment unit was fantastic. It was very spacious, with plenty of room for our family of five. It was very clean, and there were plenty of towels and soap provided. They were also kind enough to leave some toast and jam for breakfasts. The very cold air conditioners were such a treat after having stayed in two very hot hotels in London and Paris. It was also wonderful to see that some voltage adapter/converters were provided. I felt like our host went above and beyond to offer us an excellently appointed place to stay. The location in Spagna so close to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon can't be beat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
