such a lovely place. there was a small surprise left for us to have a red wine as a welcome, which made our day after a long journey. walkable to the old town within 15 to 20mins, very quick responsive host, and I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. Une bouteille d'eau fraîche nous attendait à l'arrivée, une attention très appréciée. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les produits d'hygiène fournis et l'attention des hôtes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Si l'emplacement est excentré, il est très bien desservi par les transports en commun.

− Pour les gens sensibles au bruit, la rue devant est très passante, les boules quies peuvent être nécessaires pour la nuit.

If you are going with a family and with kids, this property may not be for you.

The only thing that I liked is the decor of the property which I thought was tastefully done. The property was maintained clean.

− Well I can go on in points; 1. Location was not very convenient and at times was loud in the night. At some places it looked a bit intimidating. 2. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and you need to navigate through a very narrow stairs and if you have luggage with kids it can be tricky 3.The property has 3 AirCons and none of them working efficiently. We have highlighted this to the host as soon as we spent our first night there as we were unable to sleep and kids really struggled. Our concern was dismissed and host texted us back saying that no one has ever made this complaint. They also advised us to not keep the AC on during the day as it needs some cooling off period but the reason why we did not switch off the AC on the first day was because that it was not working well. Anyway we also followed their advise with not much of any help. Just to add the outside temperature was 34 degrees. We toured the other places in Italy like Venice and Rome but never had this issue. 4. The kitchen is just a Namesake. 5. The bathroom door does not have a lock and this concern was raised but not addressed 6. The coffee pods and bathroom hand wash was not available. However the host apologised and texted us that if we buy the pods in the supermarket they will reimburse the cost towards this which we did not do anyways.

This is a beautiful apartment away from the busy tourist spots but with a tram stop just a minute away. It was great to have the place to ourselves, it was spotless and super comfy would definitely recommend!

It’s located on a street that is calmer and far from crowds. Very well maintained apartment. Big and comfortable with full facilities

− On last day the cleaning service arrived 20 minutes earlier before the actual check out time and when we asked for 30 minutes to finish packing before leaving they didn’t accept and told us that they can gives us only 10 more minutes!!! A little disrespectful and not appropriate.
