10.0Die Lage war perfekt, die Ausstattung, die Möbel und der Stil der Wohnung waren wunderschön! Gratis Kaffee gab es auch! Die Klimaanlage hat es sehr schön abgekühlt.
− Wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen gelesen, war es doch sehr hellhörig und für uns ungewöhnlich laut, da die Fenster noch traditionell waren und damit leider doch die Straßengeräusche ins Zimmer kamen. Aber wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen.

7.0I liked the balcony with the view of the Plaza. Sizes of the room was nice and the whole apartment looked amazing.
− The air conditioning didn't really work so you were super hot. Sleeping on top of the covers.

− Lack of communitaction prior to check in on access. Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am. No flexibility and rude staff when I asked for a late check out. Lack of amenities - also no extra pillow cases, towels or linen.
A scam.
1.0− Calling this place a “luxury apartment” is honestly laughable. The apartment was absolutely filthy: dirty bedsheets, old, worn-out towels, dust everywhere and a strong musty smell (be careful if you are asthmatic or allergic like us) damaged walls… it looked nothing like the pictures. Basic cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. And the worst part? We didn’t sleep at all. Being on the first floor felt like sleeping in the middle of the street. At 4 AM we were constantly woken up by ambulances, drunk people screaming outside, and loud motorcycles all night long. For the price they charge, this place is a complete scam. Extremely disappointing experience and definitely not “luxury” by any standard. Avoid if you value cleanliness and sleep.
