It’s exactly what I needed for a staycation

10.0The room was like a house. The Pool is nice. Good apliances Dividers in the bathroom ,two or three persons could be there together and still not bothering any other.

3.0SIZE OF THE POOL AND CLEAN, VERY GOOD LOCATION YOUR HAVE EVERYTHING CLOSED BY.
− POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THE SPEED OF SOLVING THE PROBLEM. I was there for 10 days and the experience was terrible. I reported that there was only hot water and that the fridge wasn't doing ice; I reported it several times, called, and reported it to the maintenance supervisor. I request to speak with the office manager, and his answer was WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO! I apologize for the inconvenience but is my day off. however, it took them more than 24 hours to resolve it. The hotel is not SMOKE FREE I couldn't enjoy the balcony because the neighbors were smoking most of the time.
