1.0It’s a modern building with lift and most of the facilities mentioned in the description were provided. The owner was very friendly and helpful and provided all the necessary information.
− The flat was supposed to be 50sqm as per the description however it turned out to be a big lie as the room was actually 1/3 of the size or approximately 20sqm or even smaller. So I felt like cheated and felt suffocated as the rooms were very small. I could easily notice what the size of the flat because my own flat in Germany is approximately 55sq meters with 2 very large spacious rooms, a lobby, a kitchen and a bathroom. So this flat would easily fit into one of my room, which means the owner should charge 1/3rd or half of the price and return to me the rest of the amount, otherwise I will need to take legal action. Further I was provided toilet papers on request. And a ver old Microwave was provided after 4-5 days on my request.

1.0− Beware!!!! For check-in the property just post a telephone number, not an address (just a street name). When I called they told they had a problem and they couldn't accommodate me. Later they informed Booking that I didn't show up. STAY AWAY OF IT

− They have only 2hrs check in, so did not let me in, day after as well, said there is no reception, won’t let me in, they charged full price, so this is a scam, avoid this place.
