De locatie, excellente service/communicatie en het bed

− De warmte in het appartement, de centrale verwarming bleef aan. We hebben met de beschikbare mobiele airco en ventilator aan nog moeite gehad te kunnen slapen door de warmte.

De locatie, was heel dicht bij 2 metro locaties, dus makkelijk plekken te berijken. En het appartement was heel schoon.

The best thing about the property is its location - close to Kensington Gardens/ Hyde park and very well connected to the rest of the city. The hosts are also quite responsive and helpful.

− There are a few things that can be improved - there are very few electricity sockets and most of the existent ones are not convenient (still the hosts can offer an extender if necessary), there’s practically no AC and it was extremely hot when we were there (the unit there doesn’t really work, nor as a fan, nor in cool mode, it just blows air but doesn’t cool at all). The apartment looks a bit outdated too, but overall it’s ok and has all necessary commodities for a short stay.

Amazing location -- next to the park, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby. The tube is super nearby. Appartment has everything you need. Loved their digital key system, was super easy to get in but also to share with my gf, so that we both could individually get in and out.

− Smell in the hallway, looks like it was coming from one of the appartments. Not something that bothers too much, but it was there.

La localización es estupenda, el apartamento es pequeño pero muy limpio y cómodo. Tiene cocinita, y una mesa para hacer alguna comida si no se quiere hacer todas fuera. Lo mejor, los anfitriones, súper atentos en todo momento.
