− Sofa bed not the most comfortable - ok for 1 person but not for 2, no aircon (but it was an exceptionally hot weekend)

− The sofa bed was not that comfortable and the restaurant down at weekend will talk loud for late night

− The pub noises were a bit loud and the pullout couch was a bit confusing.
