− The bedsheets and pillows were a disaster, super dirty, the fan stand was broken

Il y a beaucoup des placards pour le rangement.

− La fenêtre de la cuisine était verrouillé- impossible de faire le courant d'air pendant la canicule. Les autres fenêtres étaient sales. Pas de papier de toilette. Salle de bain toute petite. Les casseroles d'une propreté douteuse. Quartier peu rassurant.

Quite convenient but dirty

In general the room had everything that we needed for a short stay in London, if only it was clean… Communication is good, 10min walk to a bus stop and underground.

− The room was very dirty. The floor was sticky and looked like it was never cleaned. The closet was dusty inside, one of the towels was dirty and the cloth on the bathroom floor was covered with hair and and dark dirt.

Spacious and well equipped studio. Had everything you need for a pleasent stay.

− Problems with checkin - it wasn't clear where the room key was left. Very load doors meant that when anyone entered / left their room we were woken up.

Decent accomodation.

Great location. 15mins from Wood Green station on Picadilly by bus. Compact studio apartment with kitchenette, fridge and cooker-top. Warm which was great for winter! Lots of wardrobe storage space. Lots of windows to let light in. Staff are approachable and can help facilitate early check-in or late check out if requested ahead of time.

− Apartment is at the top of 3.5 flights of stairs, which can be quite cumbersome for carrying up heavy luggage. The bathroom is TINYYYY. Hardly any space to do anything. The fridge / something in the kitchen makes consistent sounds throughout the day which can be extremely annoying if you're a light sleeper.

Great communication, easy access, very clean

− No coffee/toilet paper. One very small heater for a big loft space meant it was a bit chilly.
