2.0A few steps away from Ponte Vechio, and very close to the duomo
− Intense humidity smell within the entire appartment, especially when we were entering the appartment after a few hours of being away we had to keep all the doors open to manage the situation. At nights we had to wake up and reopen some doors to refresh the room. Even the extra mattress which was kept within the couch had this terrible smell. The owner & manager of the property admitted that this is caused because of the old building and proximity to river and gardens. They sent someone to inspect the appartment who claimed that the smell was not evident. Apparently there is no intention to fix the problem. Neighbors located next door to our appartment within the same property had the same issue. Our appartment was no. 2 on the ground.

Your own oasis in busy Florence!
10.0Centrally located, very close to ponte viccheo, uffizi and boboli garden. The location is nesttled in a busy street but as soon as you enter the property, it feels like your own oasis as you cannot hear anything from the busy street. Excellent service, very responsive. we are very happy. 10/10 would recommend

9.0The courtyard was exceptional. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. The apartment was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.
− It wasn’t very light. We never figured out the steam room and the agent couldn’t explain it.

10.0The place is exceptional! The location is perfect. We are a family of 4 (2 kids). There are at least 3 gelato stores on the street and every sight we wanted to visit is no further than 10 minutes walk. The apartment was extremely clean and quiet. The laundry room is a big bonus! And the garden was an awesome place to relax! The shower was also a huge bonus point!!! The best place I've booked for our Italian trip! Also there is a huge entrance way to store strollers or bikes! And no stairs for travellers with kids
