5.0Die Lage war gut.
− Eines der Betten war sehr unbequem. Gelsenstecker fehlten, wenigstens aufmerksam machen, dass es viele Gelsen gibt, damit man was mitbringen kann. Die Dachterasse ein Alptraum, die Stufen wackeln und die Terasse sehr klein. Ein kleiner Tisch und zwei Sessel, die äußerst desolat waren. Ein kaputter Stuhl, der anscheinend nicht entsorgt wurde, und es war sehr dreckig auf der Terasse. Mit der Terasse kann man keine Werbung machen.
Lovely apartment with some quirks
7.0Excellent location! The street was quiet despite Carnival season, and near an atm, convenience store, and water taxi service. A stocked kitchen and full laundry room make it easy to eat in and pack light. Having a clothes dryer was wonderful during the rainy season! The apartment is large enough that our family of five can spread out. The living room is very comfortable with soft furnishings. The rental service is attentive and friendly, though I only communicated with them over text. Instructions left (for things like wifi or trash) are very easy to follow. I loved the free wifi! The decor is lovely; modern convenience with a classic Italian flare. It has a lovely view from the rooftop.
− The bath tub did not function because it didn't have any plumbing, which was disappointing and difficult considering I have young children. The mattresses of the beds ware not very comfortable, but not the worst either. My tall family had lots of trouble with the low ceilings throughout the top floor. The stairs for the top floor also have a tight turn that is easy to miss a step on, and would be difficult to navigate if you are a large or tall person. The ground floor was not very useful; it consists of a janitorial closet with a toilet, and a second more basic kitchen we didn't use. Though many things are lovely, having a useless bathtub and scary stairs make it impractical for our family.

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit schlecht. Lage gut.
3.0− Es gab zwar eine Badewanne wie angegeben aber die Wanne hatte keinen Wasserzulauf. Das Waschbecken war verstopft. Wir mussten dann mit 4 Personen 1 Bad nutzen. Das war nicht unsere Absicht, als wir ein Objekt mit zwei Badezimmern mieteten. Außerdem ist die Kopfhöhe im Bad, im oberen Schlafzimmer und zur Dachterrasse so gering, dass man selbst mit 1.63 den Kopf einziehen muss. Auf der Terrasse gab es kein Licht, so dass wir sie abends nicht nutzen konnten. Eine Bettdecke hatte gelbe Flecken. Unsauber war die Treppe und der Flur.
