The private balcony offers a breath of Berlin air, perfect for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. A standout feature is the welcome handbook: clear, detailed, and genuinely helpful. It covered everything from house rules to nearby recommendations, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is fully equipped, whether you're whipping up breakfast for seven or just fixing a late-night snack, everything you need is there. Location-wise, it's hard to beat. A metro station is just a short walk away, while a bus stop is practically at the doorstep. With a supermarket directly below and another just across the street, convenience is built into the experience. The apartment itself feels fresh and modern, yet homey, with comfortable bedding, sleek interiors, and a layout that makes sense. This place doesn’t just offer a place to stay, it offers a base to experience Berlin like you live there.
− One thing to keep in mind: the apartment is accessible only via a long flight of stairs, with no elevator in the building. After a full day of exploring Berlin, or hauling in luggage after a long flight, this can be a bit of a grind, especially for older guests or anyone travelling with heavy bags. It’s something that doesn’t detract from the quality of the apartment itself, but it’s definitely worth knowing ahead of time so you can plan accordingly.

4.0Es gab ausreichend Platz und die Küche war gut augestattet.
− Dachgeschoss ohne Fahrstuhl und keine Hilfe beim Gepäck. In der Badewanne fehlte der Ablaufverschluss und die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche war nur unzureichend einzustellen. Die Betten waren sehr einfach und nicht komfortabel.
