L’emplacement de l’appartement , le jacuzzi fonctionnait c’est super ! Les draps et les serviettes de toilettes étaient propres et nous avons eu droit à chacun un petit kit de douche . L’appartement est climatisé

− Il y’a clairement un manque de propreté et ce malgré que le propriétaire nous ai donné l’appartement 1h après l’horaire indiqué du Check in , la cuisine était très sale ainsi que certain nombre de meuble , la chambre du fond est rempli de poussière et de toile d’araignée et il si dégage une odeur de moisissures. Sur l’annonce il y est écrit 3 chambres alors que il y’en a que 2 et un click clak au salon . Le prix est excessif quand à la qualité de la prestation.

La casa a primo impatto si presenta molto bene effettivamente. Poi se si analizza nel dettaglio si riscontra qualche discrepanza ….

− Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato diverse situazioni deludenti : In primis, scarsa pulizia. -nel divano letto in sala abbiamo trovato capelli di altre persone. -nella camera principale c’era un forte odore di umido/muffa (ma non abbiamo voluto controllare il materasso sotto per paura). -appena tirato lo sciacquone del wc del bagno principale, si è riempito d’acqua e nello svuotarsi è salita altra acqua (spero) dalla doccia. -il sifone della doccia della Spa era rotto quindi usciva più acqua dal tubo che dal doccino. -l’acqua della vasca idromassaggio risultava palesemente non limpida . -la televisione era tutta impolverata .

Nothing! Very confusing to get around.

− DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT. It is disgusting. From the moment we told the owner we arrived he was reactive. We could not find the place and he was very rude in helping us. We informed him a month ago we would be arriving early but he was not ready for us. Told us to drop off the luggage and walk around for 3 hours. At that time, he did not mention anything about charging us for luggage storage. The place looked absolutely nothing like the description on bookings.com website. It had three beds but not three bedrooms. Very UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS!! The shower was disgusting when you walk in the apartment and loaded with bugs. I’m all bit up. The place is dirty, smelly, disgusted, Totally overpriced! No washer and dryer. Gave us very few towels. Then the owner had the nerve to want to charge us for dropping off our luggage. He continued to be a bully on text the entire time. This is NOT how you rent out short stay apartments. He did not even greet us at 3pm when he said he would. I definitely would drop him from bookings.com
