9.0Yhteydenpito isäntään toimi hyvin, hän oli vastaanottamassa meitä sovittuna aikana. Hän myös opasti täsmällisesti talon tapoihin. Asunto oli erittäin siisti, ruokailu- ja ruoanlaittovälineitä oli runsaasti ja ne olivat kuin uusia. Bussipysäkille on vain viiden minuutin kävely. Asunnossa riitti katseltavaa, upeita tauluja ja patsaita. Hyvät sängyt.
− Bussit eivät aina olleet aikataulussaan, ruuhkien takia varmaankin. Monien koriste-esineiden vuoksi lapsiperheiden ehkä kannattaa harkita kahdesti tämän asunnon valitsemista.
Throught reading other reviews we expected more
3.0The apartment is spacious, and the interior is interesting. The beds are comfortable, the sheets were clean and smelled nice. Mr. Mauro welcomed us, gave us instructions about the apartment, and they kindly allowed us to check in early on the first day.
− We had an unexpected situation connected with the towels, as we asked to have them changed once during our 7-day stay — to get clean ones. The apartment owners said that this is not a 4- or 5-star hotel and that no one had ever asked for a towel change before. We didn’t like that approach, as they could have suggested that we wash the towels ourselves in the washing machine available in the apartment. Instead, they offered us to pay extra to rent new towels. Price of renting towels was equal to buying new towels. We never experienced something like this in other apartments in Italy. Also there was no wi fi and mobile phone signal was terrible inside, so it was imposible to use data or make phone call in most of the rooms. The apartment has a noticeable smell of old furniture, although everything is clean.

10.0The property is well furnished with good artistic taste. It was a very comfortable stay.
− The problem is that is does not have wi-fi in the property, which is rare nowadays for any rental properties. What’s even worse is that the reception of phone-Internet signal is weak inside the property. So it was quite inconvenient for us to do our daily routine online.
