La casa está muy bien decorada y muy buenas instalaciones. Está muy bien ubicado cerca estación de metro y del paso del tranvía 28. Muchos restaurantes cerca y lo mejor el mercado y super frente a la casa

Noisy place and not accomodating staff

− The building is old and extremely creeky, you can hear all sort of things from rooms around you. For this reason I haven't got a good night sleep here. Im not a light sleeper but the noise from foot steps was exacerbated by the creeky floor that woke me up several times a night. I have 2 booking next to each other so I've asked to stay in the same room. They first told me no room was available but they will help me move between which is fine for me. Come the day today, when I asked again for the help to move, the agent available through Whatsapp said they don't have any staffs available to help. I wonder if this is just a bad company or the person on Whatsapp just didn't have customer service skill. I dont think my problem was that difficult to solve but over and over again they just refuse to help and not suggesting alternative. For a guesthouse they have been less than accomodating. I'd recommend people to stay away from this place if they like to sleep or don't want any trouble with moving room.

O cazare perfecta pt Lisabona. Fix în centru și la un preț f ok!
