7.0Great location in front of the Colosseum,big room comparing to standard Europe hotel rooms size.
− When we arrived around 7-8pm; found out (since we couldn’t even open the door using the code provided) that there was a power outage since hours ago, this was also affecting the water supply… We were not notified by the staff prior to our arrival, this drive us to book a night in a close hotel to be able to take a shower and sleep while the power retuned after dinner time. Staff offered us to no pay the tourist fee due to this situation.

10.0Everything about Tre R Colloseo was perfect 👌 Location is the best there is in Rome 💜 Cleanliness was 10/10. Comfort was 10/10. Air-conditioned room with comfortable bed and more that adequate bathroom facilities plus a mini fridge which was great as there was a heatwave. Fantastic from start to finish and the lady in reception on some days was lovely. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay 💜

For us it’s a perfect location for our 5 days
9.0Location, location, location. It only took 20 seconds when you leaving your room until you see the Colloseum at the front door. Every historic monuments are within 30 min. Walking distance. With exception of Vatican City. Would recommend taking taxi to Vatican city only 25 euro one way. The staff are very friendly and instruction per WhatsApp are clear.
− They are doing some renovation/expansion of rooms on the floor right above us. Minor noise. Shower cabin is ok for us, but could be problematic for oversize people.
