7.0Mieszkanie czyste, zlokalizowane z dala od głównej ulicy ale blisko do sklepów, restauracji, atrakcji i przystanku.
− Ułamana deska klozetowa sklejona przezroczystą taśmą. Zarówno w jednej ubikacji jak i drugiej deski były za małe i latały. Nie działał włącznik światła w jednej sypialni. Gospodarz dzień przed wymeldowaniem prosił by wynieść śmieci na zewnątrz do kosza. Nie można wyrzucać śmieci na zewnątrz do kosza tylko trzeba znaleźć łódź - śmieciarkę, która jeździ do 8:30 albo czekać na śmieciarza, który powinien pukać do mieszkania między 8 a 12. Wymeldowanie jest o 10, więc informacja podana przez gospodarza była bardzo denerwująca. Takie informacje powinny być przekazane wcześniej albo najlepiej przed wyborem apartamentu.
