The apartment is not 80qm, it’s 40qm with unbearably hot bed attic.

− The agency send us wrong check-in info!!! In email it was written the apartment is on 3rd floor, but it was on 7th. I spent 3h on Sunday afternoon going between lockbox 20min walk from apartment location back & forth and on the end finally; after a guest on 3rd floor asked me what the hell am I doing by trying to open “his” apartment, recommended to try to find “my” apartment on other floors, whom I listened and as a miracle “found my” apartment to which door lock my key fit on 7th floor. I called in vain useless agency “emergency” phone nu to whom no one ever replied. If I wouldn’t be able to find the apartment to which the key fit, I would loose over non-reimbursable 1000€, as agency would report me as “no show”. Not to mention I had a huge fight with my husband due to all the stress, where to find another apartment on Sunday 9pm, exhausted from our plane trip & spending 3h on 38*C waiting for me to find the apartment.

− The place has lack of maintenance, not well ventilated moldy bathroom and full of cockroches terrible experience , due insects running around we couldn't even sleep properly we had 9 in total 6in a single night was moving fridge/ furniture to kill cockroaches as my partner couldn't sleep we found one on our clothes spent a day off our holiday wash clothes....... contacted ' sb properties' the management as owner contact wasn't available got a call 2 days later that 'its normal to have cockroches in barcelona is a problem of the city' if we knew we wouldn't went anywhere near as its quite disgusting offered us a spray that never arrived so unprofessional AVOID AT ALL COST . They know of the issue but still rent apartment to make guests stressed instead of going to a holiday and relax

Квартира знаходиться в прекрасному місці у центрі прям біля входу в метро, автобусної зупинки. В квартирі не ідеально, але чистенько. Є зручності як фен, праска, шампуні, полотенця. Гарна зручне ліжко . Для такої ціни дуже хороша квартира.

− Забронювала квартиру, і отримала і-мейл що не отримаю повної адреси до поки не зареєструю свої паспортні дані. Але інструкції або де це зробити немає, нічого не ясно. Персонал відповідав 1,5 місяці, і за пару днів до заїзду я отримала якусь фейкову ссилку, яка не працювала. Одним словом було досить стресово від факту що я не маю адреси помешкання, персонал не відповідає. Агент який мав нас зустріти у помешканні заблокував нас без причини. Одним словом персонал жахливий. А квартира👍🏻
