9.0Tout, sauf l’accueil physique inexistant. Par contre, tout est tout de même très bien organisé : l’accès aux chambres et, en attendant le check in, le système de dépôt sécurisé des bagages est parfait +++!
− Il n’y a pas d’accueil et l’hôtel n’est pas accessible par WhatsApp. Donc, en cas de besoin, on peut uniquement leur envoyer un message. Ils répondent vite, c’est vrai, mais notre demande est parfois urgente.

7.0Located fairly close to Kyoto's old town while still being close to downtown. Elevator is available as well as baggage storage. Washer and dryer is provided as well as a small kitchen and fridge
− Balcony was small, not much of a view anyway
