10.0It was a nice size, the main room had enough seating for all of us to sit comfortably. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking meals. The air conditioning worked very well. Trash pickup was right outside the apartment - it was easier than I was expecting.

− Amenities in the property was not complete - e.g. no laundry detergent for the washing machine. The property also has some very strict rules like check in before 7pm otherwise there’s an extra charge and no flexibility for check out.

8.0La dimensione dell'appartamento è notevole e adatta alle famiglie, grande soggiorno, grande cucina, vista sul canale, arredo semplice e carino
− L'appartamento dispone di un bagno sprovvisto di bidet ed è di piccole dimensioni in proporzione all'appartamento. Nel lavandino l'acqua faticava a scaricare. Non era compresa la colazione (lo sapevamo) ma non è presente neppure la macchina del caffè con capsule di cortesia (oramai è presente in tantissimi B&B dove la colazione non è compresa.
