We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Florence’s historic district. Everything was absolutely perfect – from the spacious and immaculately clean rooms to the unbeatable location. The apartment is surrounded by charming shops, restaurants, and cafés, so you truly have everything you could possibly need right at your doorstep. Within just a five-minute walk, you reach the magnificent Pitti Palace and the breathtaking Medici Gardens, and from there it’s only a few steps to the iconic Ponte Vecchio. It could not be more ideal for exploring the treasures of Florence on foot. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, were our wonderful hosts. Laura and her husband are some of the kindest, most attentive, and genuinely welcoming people we have ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, cared for, and at home during our four nights here. This apartment is a true gem — combining comfort, cleanliness, location, and the warmest hospitality you could ever hope for. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend it with the highest praise to anyone visiting Florence.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful, spacious, and light-filled apartment in Santo Spirito, Florence. It felt like a peaceful sanctuary, and we truly didn’t want to leave. Nestled in a charming and walkable neighborhood, the apartment was impeccably clean and stocked with absolutely everything you could need. What truly set this experience apart was our incredible host, Laura. We've never received such an extraordinary welcome. We were embraced—literally and figuratively—like the dearest of friends. Her passion for hospitality was evident in every thoughtful detail, and we felt genuinely cared for. From restaurant recommendations to help with taxis and luggage, she anticipated our every need and left a lasting impression we'll never forget. For us, this apartment was not just a place to sleep—it was a heartfelt introduction to the spirit of Florence.

The apartment was just beautiful and so much more than we expected. So spacious with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Such lovely touches such as bottled water in the refrigerator, a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, biscuits, huge selection of teas, coffee, the list goes on! Our hostess, Laura, could not have been more charming and helped us with absolutely everything, she was just wonderful! Walking distance to everything and a charming spot in a beautiful city. Thank you for making our visit to Florence so enjoyable, comfortable and memorable!

Amaaaaaaaazing GEM!

Where to begin! This property is amazing. Gorgeous modern apartment that is very spacious, tastefully decorated and beautifully appointed. Master has plenty of room. Huge walk in Closet. Washer and dryer. 3 bed 2 bath. Fully equipped kitchen that is stylish and ready to cook in. We wanted to hang out in the living room for hours each day and night. Close walking distance to great restaurants, cheese and wine shops, all Sorts of amazing art and specialty shops. Santo Spirito square, Piti palace, Boboli gardens. A quick walk to Ponte Vecchia and the north side Of the Arno River. But our favorite thing was the warm welcome and care given of hosts Laura & Claudio. They met us upon arrival personally and from the start walked us thorough the apartment, talked about the best local spots, made fantastic suggestions and even arranged for transportation. They were there and available via WiFi to help in any way. Also they added special touches like welcome wine and snacks and cookies. So sweet! I have never had such a warm feeling welcome. I felt like we were being taken care of my family. What a GREAT experience ! We felt like locals In this warm and wonderful neighborhood and found all Sorts of local gems that we would never have found on the north side and more touristy side of Florence. We will definitely be back and would certainly stay here again and again. Amaaaaaaazing!!
