1.0Gar nichts, als wir ankamen wurde uns gesagt, dass durch Booking.com die Unterkunft storniert wurde. Geld habe ich nicht mehr bekommen und es wurde mehrmalig Nachrichten von Booking.com an den Host gesendet und selber hab ich auch geschrieben. Beim Versuch anzurufen wurde nicht abgenommen. Danke
Poor experience in bad aprtmment way too expensive
3.0Nothing.
− 1. Poor communication from the hosts side 2. We had to drive into another crowded Berlin area to pick up the keys (no parking of course) and then 46 minutes to the apartment which was in the getto. And all information we had received was the street address - not the number of the apartment. We then had to on site call/text what number. And when we finally got in we had to text again which floor ... and wait .. it turned out there were 3 on each floor so again we had to text under what name??? before we could get in we had spent almost 2 hours because they could not bother to hand us the keys on site 3. The apartment was small, smelly and poorly furnished. There was a metal bunk bed (havnt slept in one of those since i was 10 years old. The cheap plastic toilet seat (not original as it did not fit properly) broke and the host blamed me 4. There was no information on wifi only the box was there where the "kennwort" was mentioned but did not work, instead of guiding me (or have a 1- page with instructions as most hosts do), we had to wait until evening the next day for a person to come out who was condesending as made fun of me in front of my girlfriend
