− The photo does not reflect the real condition of the apartment, which is old and dirty. The wardrobe is broken, the walls are badly painted, the curtains and sofa are dirty, the boiler makes a loud noise when you turn on the hot water, and so on! The remote registration system is very complicated, and it is unclear why. The only advantage is the location near a tram stop, which will take you to the city center and the airport.

8.0Le fait qu’on puisse garer facilement et gratuitement la voiture dans le quartier puis tout faire en tramway (un peu loin du centre mais très bien desservi). Également le fait que l’on puisse cuisiner car il s’agit d’un vrai appartement.
− Nous dormions dans le salon et notre enfant dormait dans la chambre et nous entendions beaucoup (! 😂) le frigo. Avec des bouchons d’oreilles ça a marché mais, si on compte utiliser les deux lits proposés et dormir comme nous dans le salon, je ne pense pas que ce soit confortable au-delà de deux nuits. Si vous êtes juste un couple qui dort dans la chambre (et non dans le salon) c’est certainement différent et plus agréable. Note à nos hôtes : il faudrait penser à ajouter un épluche-légume dans la cuisine et peut-être une nouvelle casserole 😊

10.0We were warmly welcomed by incredibly hospitable hosts who even stayed up late to check us in after our flight was delayed. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. In the kitchen, they thoughtfully left a box with all those small essentials that always come in handy. Inside, everything was spotlessly clean and smelled like fresh soap 🧼 The location is convenient — close to public transport that runs every 5 minutes, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center. There are also supermarkets, bakeries, and coffee shops nearby.
− Just a small note: the water heater was a bit loud at times, and adding some shelves in the shower would make it even more comfortable.
