8.0Appartamento ben tenuto, senza troppi fondali ma con ciò che serve. Condominio tranquillo, zona residenziale vicino la metrò e la stazione Barcellona sants, comodo avere un market a 100 metri.
− Una lavastoviglie sarebbe ottima. Magari poter gestire l’aria condizionata per stanze, anche solo chiudendo manualmente le bocchette.

− Ac was only one for the whole apartment. It got too warm in the rooms but it has everything you’d need around it
