− Payer 30 euros en plus car on arrivait à 19 h à l'accueil de la résidence c'est de l'abus 19 h c'est pas la nuit. On avait pas de vol plus tôt . Donner des codes pour rentrer dans l'immeuble comme on m'avait confirmer par message. Mensonge

4.0O quarto em si era muito bom, com uma cama boa e acomodação bonita. Localização muito boa.
− O fato de ter que fazer check-in em um local e se hospedar em outro, além de subir muitos lances de escada com malas (por mais que descritos no anúncio) foram piores do que esperávamos. O maior problema foi o atendimento: chegamos no quarto e havia bagagens de outras pessoas lá. Só pra conseguir ajuda com esse acontecimento já foi difícil, além do fato da pessoa que estava me atendendo demorar e desacreditar do que eu comentei, perdemos pelo menos 1 hora da viagem esperando alguém ir resolver, retirar as malas, tomar alguma atitude. Além disso, ficamos sem Wi-Fi todos os dias, também com o atendimento dizendo que nada poderia fazer. A limpeza não foi no dia seguinte retirar as toalhas usadas dos outros hóspedes (mas a moça da limpeza de nada tem culpa, aqui é só mais uma constatação).

8.0The rooms were generally very good, wifi didn't work nor the soap dispenser but since we were there for only one night all we needed was a good space to sleep off the jetlag. Our room was very quiet but also close to the Duomo and some very interesting mercati but 3 flights of stairs might deter some.

− Asansörün olması ama kullanamamak çok kötüydü. Asansör olmadığı ve merdiven çıkmak zorunda olacağımızı önceden biliyorduk ama elimizde ağır valizler ve yorgun bacaklarla çok fazla merdiven çıkmak çok zor geldi

9.0Месторасположение, постельное белье отличное.
− Их 3й этаж, как обычный 5й. Очень сложно для гостей с багажом. Плохо проходила вода в раковине умывальника. Опасные пороги в ванную комнату.
