7.0La ubicación es perfecta para desplazarse en todas partes! Fuimos 4 adultos y fue bastante cómodo! Es un apartamento antiguo pero con todas las comodidades necesarias!
− Hay un mercado de frutas Justo alado que abre todos los días y las mañanas son un poco ruidosas, pero practico por si queréis comer fruta fresca! Las sabanas recomendaría que se planchen!
Tolle Lage und toller Blick- ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder:)
10.0Super Lage ! Ihr habt gleich das Vaporetto Rialto- Mercato um die Ecke und kommt super easy vom Bahnhof hin und zurück mit der Linie 1. Zu Fuß ist alles tolle erreichbar ( San Marco / Ponte Rialto, die Museen…) und es gibt den Markt mit lecker Obst vor der Tür . Das Apartment ist auch hell und geräumig was eher selten ist in der Altstadt und das tollste ist : man kann vom Schlafzimmer aus direkt auf den Canale Grande schauen - ein Privileg, dass nur den wenigen vergönnt ist , die in einem der krassen Palazzi hausen.

− Die Wohnung ist kein Luxusappartment sondern eine charmante italienische Stadtwohnung - das weiß man ja, wenn man bucht und deshalb gibt es dafür keinen Abzug.

8.0Удобное расположение, до моста Риальто 10 мир пешком, рядом супермаркеты, кафе, а также рынок со свежими овощами и рыбой. В квартире есть всё необходимое, достаточно посуды и принадлежностей, чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Прекрасный вид из окон. Хозяин квартиры доброжелательный и был на связи постоянно.
− Недостаточно чисто, по углам много пыли и волос. Т.к. рядом много кафе и баров, то ночью шумно. Учитывайте это, если для вас это критично.
