Nice cozy apartment with great location.
8.0Apartment location is more than good: close to Kadikoy boat station, not far from metro station, a lot of cafe and shops around, but still calm in the nights. Good facilities in the kitchen, bathroom, big and cozy living room. We've spent nice two weeks around New Year there, and apartment is warm, hot water was present.
− It wasn't a big problem, just need to be considered: the kitchen is too narrow even for two persons. Bathroom is also not very big. There wasn't possibility to turn on oven (switcher was broken).
Make sure the owner fixed the heating problem

− The boiler broke down, and while a quick solution fixed the heating temporarily, the last days there was no warm water or heating. I only managed to shower once sad to say.
